1. Promoter

This giveaway ("the Giveaway") is run by Chris Arcos, operating clstr (clstr.life) ("the Promoter", "we"). Questions: chris@clstr.life.

The Promoter alone is responsible for running the Giveaway and awarding the prize.

2. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Entering by comment requires a free Instagram account and a free clstr account. If you would rather not make a wall, you can enter by email instead (section 8). Every entry has the same chance of winning.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants located outside the United States are not eligible, even if they are United States citizens.

Not eligible to enter or win: the Promoter; anyone who has worked on clstr or on this Giveaway in any capacity, paid or unpaid, including contractors, advisors, investors, and creators or agencies engaged by the Promoter; and the immediate family members (spouse, partner, parents, siblings, children, and their spouses) and household members of any of the above.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has a personal, family, financial, or working relationship with clstr or the Promoter.

You must have an Instagram account that you personally own and that complies with Instagram’s Terms of Use. Accounts created to enter this Giveaway, accounts that appear automated, and accounts that are private in a way that prevents the Promoter from verifying entry requirements may be disqualified.

4. Entry period

The entry period begins Sep 17, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends Sep 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. Entries received outside the entry period are void. The Promoter’s clock is the official timekeeper.

5. How to enter

During the entry period, complete ALL three of the following on Instagram:

(a) Follow @clstr.life.

(b) Like the giveaway post.

(c) Post a comment on the giveaway post containing a link to a clstr wall (yourname.clstr.life) or a clstr on that wall that you created.

All three must be complete and must remain in place through winner verification (section 8). Unfollowing, unliking, or deleting your comment before verification voids your entry.

Limit ONE (1) entry per person and per Instagram account for the entire Giveaway. Additional comments from the same account count as a single entry. Entering from more than one Instagram account, or on behalf of another person, disqualifies all of that person’s entries.

Comments that do not contain a working clstr link are not entries.

6. Your clstr must be yours

The clstr you enter must contain photos and videos that you took or that you have the right to share, showing an experience you were actually part of. Entries built from stock imagery, other people’s content, screenshots of other accounts, or generated images will be disqualified.

Entries must not contain anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or infringing. The Promoter may disqualify any entry at its sole discretion.

We say it plainly on the giveaway page and we mean it here: make your wall something you’d be proud to show. That is the entire point.

7. Winner selection and odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about Sep 26, 2026, using random selection tools provided by App Sorteos (app-sorteos.com), a third-party service: duplicate comments from the same account are collapsed to one entry; when every entry is a comment, the draw is made with App Sorteos’ Instagram comment picker; when email entries exist, the deduplicated comment entrants and the email entrants are combined into one list and the draw is made with App Sorteos’ random list picker. The draw is recorded.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

App Sorteos is not a sponsor of, is not affiliated with, and does not administer this Giveaway.

8. Verification

Before any prize is awarded, the Promoter will verify that the selected entrant is eligible under section 3 (age, residency, one entry per person). For a comment entry, the Promoter will also verify that the entrant (a) follows @clstr.life, (b) liked the giveaway post, (c) commented a link to a clstr wall or clstr, (d) created that clstr themselves, and (e) that the clstr contains the entrant’s own photos and videos as described in section 6. For an email entry (see below), only the section 3 checks apply.

If any applicable requirement is not met, the entrant is disqualified and a new potential winner is drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries. This repeats until a verified winner is found.

Entering without a wall: if you would rather not make a clstr, you can still enter. During the entry period, email chris@clstr.life with the subject line "GIVEAWAY 01 ENTRY", your full name, date of birth, city and state of residence, and your Instagram handle. No wall, like, or follow is required for an email entry. It goes into the same drawing as every comment entry with exactly the same odds. Limit one email entry per person, and you cannot enter both ways. Email entries are checked only for eligibility (section 3) and one entry per person; the Instagram steps in section 5 and the clstr content rule in section 6 apply to comment entries only.

9. Winner notification

The potential winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message from @clstr.life only. That message contains the steps to claim the prize. The Promoter will never ask for your password, and will never ask for bank, card, or payment details over Instagram. Any message claiming otherwise is not from us.

The potential winner must respond within 5 days of the first message and may be asked to confirm eligibility in writing. If the potential winner does not respond in time, declines, or is found ineligible, the Promoter may select an alternate winner at random.

10. Prize

One (1) prize with an approximate retail value of $500 USD, delivered as a digital reward through Tremendous (tremendous.com), a third-party payout platform. The winner receives an email from Tremendous with a redemption link and chooses how to receive the money from the options Tremendous offers in the United States, which typically include bank transfer (ACH), PayPal, and a wide range of gift cards.

To receive the prize the winner must provide a valid email address and complete Tremendous’s redemption process, including any identity or payment information Tremendous requires. The redemption link must be used within one year of being sent; if it is not, the prize is forfeited and the Promoter may select an alternate winner.

The prize is not transferable. No cash substitution except at the Promoter’s discretion. The winner is responsible for all taxes and for any fees charged by their chosen payout method or their bank. If required by law, the winner must provide tax information before the prize is paid.

Tremendous is not a sponsor of, is not affiliated with, and does not administer this Giveaway. Use of Tremendous is subject to Tremendous’s own terms and privacy policy.

11. Publicity

By entering, you agree that if you win, the Promoter may publish your Instagram handle, the clstr link you entered (including screenshots or short recordings of that wall or clstr), and the fact that you won and the prize amount, without further permission or payment. This may appear in the winner announcement post, in Instagram stories, and on this page, and may remain published after the Giveaway ends.

If you would rather your handle or wall not be shown, tell the Promoter when contacted. The Promoter will then either announce the win without those details or select another winner.

12. Your content stays yours

Entering does not transfer ownership of your clstr, your photos, or your videos. By entering, you give the Promoter permission to share a screenshot of, or a link to, the clstr you entered on clstr’s own channels for promotion related to this Giveaway. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing chris@clstr.life.

13. Not affiliated with Instagram

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any and all claims related to this Giveaway. You are providing your information to the Promoter, not to Instagram.

14. General conditions

The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, changes to Instagram’s platform or policies, or any other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevents it from running as planned. If cancelled, the prize may be awarded at random from eligible entries received before the cancellation.

The Promoter’s decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final. Entrants agree, to the extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless the Promoter from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance or use of the prize.

Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, to enter more than once, or to circumvent these rules voids all of that person’s entries.

15. Privacy

Information you submit is used only to run this Giveaway (verifying entries, contacting the winner, delivering the prize) and is handled under clstr’s privacy policy at clstr.life/privacy. We do not sell your information. Tremendous processes the winner’s payout details under its own privacy policy.

16. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and, where applicable, the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Washington.
